Product Description

Overview

Experience Alienware's slim performance gaming laptop with the M15 CTO in Dark Side of the Moon — Intel Core i7-9750H (6-Core), NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1660 Ti 6GB, 8GB RAM, 1TB HDD, 15.6-inch FHD 144Hz display. The Alienware M15 was Alienware's thinnest and lightest gaming laptop at launch — delivering strong 1080p gaming performance from the GTX 1660 Ti 6GB paired with Intel's 9th Gen 6-core i7-9750H, a smooth 144Hz display for fluid competitive gameplay, AlienFX RGB lighting, Alienware Command Center, Thunderbolt 3, and Alienware's premium gaming chassis in a notably slimmer form factor than traditional Alienware designs. An excellent everyday 1080p gaming laptop for buyers who want Alienware build quality and performance in a more portable profile. Please note: this unit ships with a 1TB hard drive only — there is no SSD installed. Hard drives deliver slower boot times and game load times compared to SSD-equipped systems. An M.2 NVMe SSD can be added via the available M.2 slot for significantly improved performance. The GTX 1660 Ti does not support hardware ray tracing or DLSS — it is a Turing-architecture card without RTX cores.

Key Features

• NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1660 Ti 6GB — Strong 1080p Gaming: The GTX 1660 Ti 6GB GDDR6 delivers excellent everyday 1080p gaming performance at high and ultra settings across a wide range of titles — a capable Turing-architecture GPU without RTX ray tracing cores, offering outstanding performance-per-dollar for 1080p gaming workloads paired with the 144Hz panel.
• 144Hz FHD Display — Smooth Competitive Gaming: The 144Hz refresh rate delivers fluid, responsive competitive gaming well above the standard 60Hz experience — reducing motion blur and screen tearing for a smoother, more immersive everyday gaming experience across fast-paced FPS, racing, and action titles.
• Intel Core i7-9750H — 6-Core Gaming CPU: Intel's 9th Gen i7-9750H 6-core 12-thread processor delivers strong multi-threaded everyday gaming and content creation performance — with up to 4.5GHz boost for responsive single-threaded gaming workloads and smooth frame delivery.
• Alienware's Slimmest Gaming Chassis: The Alienware M15 was Alienware's thinnest and lightest gaming laptop at launch — delivering premium Alienware gaming in a significantly more portable everyday form factor than the brand's larger models without compromising on GPU or CPU performance.
• M.2 Slot Available — SSD Upgrade Path: An available M.2 NVMe slot lets buyers add an SSD for dramatically faster everyday boot times, game loading, and application performance alongside the existing 1TB hard drive for bulk game storage.
• AlienFX RGB + Thunderbolt 3 + Wired Ethernet: AlienFX RGB lighting with full Alienware Command Center customisation, Thunderbolt 3 for 40Gbps data and 4K display output, and RJ-45 Ethernet for stable wired gaming TypeAlienware M15 CTO Gaming Laptop (15.6")OS VersionWindows 11Processor / CPUIntel Core i7-9750H (9th Gen, 6-Core 12-Thread, up to 4.5GHz)RAM Size + Type8GB DDR4 (SO-DIMM — User Upgradeable)Storage1TB HDD (No SSD — Slower boot and load times vs SSD.
