8x Mixed Lot Genuine HP B62 Printheads 8x mixed lot of B62 printheads are new open boxes. Units are in excellent condition - all but two units are sealed in plastic (see pictures). Listing includes 1x B62 Yellow printhead (plastic is open), 2x B62 Magenta/Cyan printheads, 2x B62 Black Printheads (plastic is open on one), and 3x B62 Optimizer Printheads. Pictures are of the actual lot and only what is pictured is incldued in sale.

Please don't assume that anything more than what is pictured and described is included in this sale. No software/driver discs, cables, mounting hardware, etc. are included unless pictured and/or described. We welcome your questions on specifics.

Returns

If there is a problem with the item, the full purchase price will be refunded to the buyer within five business days following receipt and inspection of return. ITEMS RETURNED MUST BE IN ORIGINAL CONDITION RECEIVED BY THE BUYER FOR A FULL REFUND. If the item is not in original condition received - i.e. opened if originally new and sealed when received, or shows significant use if originally new opened condition, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the full purchase price. This is determined at our discretion upon receipt of the item. Items must be returned in original packaging or similar packing.

NOTE: Items returned missing parts or damaged will NOT receive a full refund. The value of the damaged or missing item(s) will be deducted from your refund.

For returned non-defective items that were not free shipping, shipping charges will be deducted from the refund. (Example: if the item sold for $30 and cost us $10 to ship to you, your refund will be $20.)

Shipping

For your protection and ours, we will only ship to the address on file with , regardless of special requests.

We use UPS and USPS for shipping, at our discretion. Tracking information is sent automatically through when we purchase a shipping label.

Once paid for, your item will ship within 1 business day (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays).
