Important Setup Notice for T-Mobile Gateway Users:

If you experience issues with "unable to establish network through the external antenna" :

After installing the external antenna, please go to your T-Mobile gateway's LCD screen > Antenna Settings and switch the antenna mode from Internal to External, then restart your gateway.

Some T-Mobile gateway models have known firmware issues affecting external antenna compatibility. Please contact T-Mobile support to verify whether your gateway supports external antennas or to check for available firmware updates.

Tips for Installation The Higher, The Better: Prioritize Second-Floor Window or Attic Installation. Install Vertically: Keep Antenna Perpendicular to the Ground. Keep Away From Metal: Avoid Metal Doors/Windows, Refrigerators, AC Units, and Microwaves. Try Different Spots: Check Signal Levels via Software Before Final Installation. Verify Installation: Verify All Screws are Fastened. Additional includes a standard SMA to TS9 connector for enhanced compatibility with a wider range of devices.
• 【Notice】This outdoor antenna significantly enhances signal reception quality at your location, but it relies on existing cell tower signals in your area—it cannot create a signal where none exists. Performance improvement varies based on distance from the nearest cell tower, building construction, surrounding environment, and other factors. The most noticeable improvement is typically achieved in fringe coverage areas where signals are weak but present.
