• Most of our Items ship out within 1 business day of received payment.
• If Free ground shipping is offered, this is to the US Continental 48 states only. Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico will have additional shipping cost.   We will not ship until the additional shipping is paid.
• We reserve the right to ship via any of the major carriers, for example (Fedex, USPS, UPS), even though shows only FEDEX options.

Terms of Sale

• PLEASE INSPECT YOUR ITEM AS SOON AS IT ARRIVES, WE ONLY ACCEPT REPORTS OF SHIPPING DAMAGE WITHIN 3 DAYS FROM DELIVERY.
• ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN 30 DAYS FROM PURCHASE, UNLESS THERE ARE EXTENDED HOLIDAY RULES APPLIED.
• REFUNDS MAY TAKE UP TO 10 BUSINESS DAYS TO BE ISSUED AFTER YOUR RETURN IS RECEIVED.
• BEFORE RETURNING A PRODUCT, PLEASE CONTACT US TO RECEIVE RETURN INSTRUCTIONS AND A RMA NUMBER.  ALL RETURNS MUST BE SHIPPED TO THE APPROPRIATE FACILITY THAT WE SUPPLY TO YOU FOR PROCESSING.

• FOR ALL RETURNS THE CUSTOMER MUST ASSUME SHIPPING AND HANDLING COSTS BACK TO THE SUPPLIED SHIPPING LOCATION, INCLUDING INSURANCE.
• NO RETURNS OF ANY KIND ALLOWED AT ALL ON ITEMS SOLD THROUGH THE GLOBAL SHIPPING PROGRAM, INCLUDING DEFECTIVE.
• RMA NUMBERS ARE VALID FOR 10 DAYS AND PRODUCT BEING RETURNED MUST BE RECEIVED WITHIN THIS TIME FRAME.
• SHIPPING FEES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE.  IF A RETURN IS MADE OF AN ITEM THAT SHIPPED WITH FREE SHIPPING, THE NORMAL SHIPPING CHARGES FOR THE SHIPPING METHOD USED WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM ANY REFUND.
• ON ITEMS THAT HAVE BECOME DAMAGED THROUGH INSTALLATION, USE OR MISUSE, ARE NOW MISSING PARTS, OPENED, NOT IN THE ORIGINAL CONDITION, OR HAVE OBVIOUS SIGNS OF USE, WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CHARGE A RESTOCKING FEE FROM 50% - 80% OF THE PURCHASE PRICE, DEPENDING ON THE CONDITION OF THE ITEM. 
• ORDERS CAN NOT BE CANCELLED AFTER THEY ARE SENT TO THE WAREHOUSE FOR SHIPMENT. AFTER THIS, A CANCELLATION BECOMES A RETURN WITH UP TO A 20% RESTOCKING FEE APPLIES.  THIS FEE ALSO APPLIES TO REFUSED ORDERS, ORDERS RETURNED DUE TO INCORRECT ADDRESSES OR RETURNED UN-DELIVERABLE.
• IF AN ITEM HAS A REBATE AND IT HAS BEEN SUBMITTED THEN NO RETURN ALLOWED.
