Laptops boot to BIOS and key functions tested working though some have "hard keys" and one has sticky keys.

They are used and have cosmetic and/or LCD flaws. They will also have the typical scratches/scuffs, possible minor dings/dents, areas of peeling paint on the edges of the case, wear such as "shiny" and/or worn touchpad, palmrest, keys.

Some have small marks on the LCD from the keyboard, three have white spots on LCD and one has what appears to be dead pixels (see photo). Two have good LCD without significant marks or flaws.

One unit has a battery with at least "Good" health per Dell BIOS; however, batteries are not fully tested and not guaranteed. Six do not have battery. Power supplies are not included.

• COMPATIBILITY is the responsibility of the buyer/buyer. Please verify compatibility before offerding/buying.
• Batteries (if included) are not fully tested and are not guaranteed. Batteries are used with unknown charging capability or remaining life. This includes CMOS batteries.
• sale does NOT include any items/accessories which are not listed or shown in photos.

• We do not provide technical support for setup, installation, programming or any other related issues.

PAYMENT

• Payment is expected within 3 days after sale end date.
• PayPal payments are processed immediately (during business hours).
• We process credit card payments through or by using PayPal.

SHIPPING

• WE SHIP TO THE LOWER 48 CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES ONLY. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or any other country or territory.
• We ship via UPS. If your item is less than $40 and weighs less than 2 lbs. we may choose to ship via United States Postal Service at our discretion.
• Items will be shipped within 2 business days after payment has been received.
• LOCAL PICKUP:
  • If you plan to pick up your item from our warehouse, please let us know in advance so we can have it ready when you arrive.
  • Any item that is picked up from our facility will be charged 6% sales tax. Internet purchases are not exempt from sales tax and shipped items will be charged sales tax according to buyer's location.

• We strive to have 100% satisfaction. If you have any problems with your purchase, please contact us immediately. We will make every effort to try to resolve any issue.
• Buyer has two weeks (14 days) from date of receipt of item to notify us of any problems.
• Buyers' lack of knowledge or software, drivers or hardware will not be considered a warranty issue.
• Buyer MUST contact us prior to returning item.
• Item must be returned at buyer's expense. ** Unless MCBIA has made a shipping error, return shipping arranged by buyer will not be reimbursed.
• Item must be packed in original shipping materials.
• Our technicians will diagnose item within three (3) business days of receiving.
  • If item is found to be faulty: At our discretion, replacement will be shipped or a full refund (including original shipping charge) will be issued.
  • If item is found to be in advertised condition: Buyer shall be reimbursed purchase price minus a 10% restocking fee or $5.00 (whichever is greater). Shipping fees will not be reimbursed.

• If item has been damaged in transit, buyer should contact us via email or phone to file a UPS damage claim. PLEASE DO NOT file an return for transit damaged items.
