RETURNS SHIPPING PAYMENT FAQ ABOUT US RETURNS RETURNS
1. All returns are accepted within 30 days from the delivery date of the computer.
2. We randomly check computers before shipping to ensure they are 100% working, and you will receive a product of 100% working quality. If you experience any hardware or software problems with the computer, you will need to work with the manufacturer, Dell. It is fast and easy, and we will assist you by providing all necessary warranty information.
Please only make a purchase if you agree with our return policy and are prepared to work with the manufacturer in the future.
3. Please contact us to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) for your return. Returns without an authorization number will not be accepted. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges. The merchandise should be carefully packed in the original box and shipped back to us via FedEx or UPS.
4. A 15% restocking fee will be charged for all returns if the item is not defective, if you changed your mind, if it was refused by the recipient, or if the wrong address was provided.
5. The images provided are for illustration purposes and are stock pictures. Please ask any questions before making a purchase if you have any doubts about the pictures shown in the sale.
SHIPPING SHIPPING
Shipping & handling charges: $0. Delivery confirmation is free (signature confirmation is MANDATORY if the item value is more than $250).
We ship through FedEx Ground only, and it's free. Expedited FedEx Priority (2 or 3-day) shipping costs an additional $100+ which includes insurance and a required signature.
Most orders placed Monday-Friday before 2 PM EST (11 PM PST/1 PM CST) will be shipped the same day (if payment has been cleared). All other orders will be shipped the next business day. Orders confirmed on weekends and Fridays after 3 PM EST (2 PM CST/12 PM PST) will be shipped on Monday.
Expedited shipping charges will not be refunded for any reason if the item is returned.

We're offering our items at a very competitive price. We offer a discount for only for multiple item purchases. Please contact us if you are planning to purchase large quantities from us.
4. How do I know what warranty I have, when it expires, how to use it, etc?
Warranty is through the manufacture (Dell or Lenovo) directly. The warranty information is verifiable with the Service Tag # (for Dell) and Serial Number (for Lenovo) after you receive the product.
5. Where do your items come from?
All of our items come direct from Dell and are original.
6. What is the difference between New, Dell Outlet New, and Refurbished?
New items are brand new in the Dell retail box. Dell Outlet New are new items that have been repackaged by Dell in the Dell Outlet box. Refurbished items are returned to Dell by the customer. Dell tests the items, reinstalls the operating system, and packages them in the Dell Outlet box.
7. Where can I get drivers, manuals, and support for my item?
You can download these items at the Dell drivers, manuals, and more support website.
8. How do I receive service for my item?
If you ever require service all you have to do is contact Dell and they will be able to handle any servicing you need during the warranty period.
9. How is the Dell warranty transferred to me?
Upon receipt of your item please contact us by email or messaging with the service tag number of your item, your full name, address, and phone number and we will complete the ownership & warranty transfer into your name.
10. Are all of your items in stock?
Yes all items are in stock and ready for immediate shipping.
11. Where do you ship from and do you offer faster shipping?
All of our items ship from Missouri and we do offer expedited shipping.
12. Why is a signature required for delivery of my item?
seller Protection Policy requires a signature for all items priced $750.00 or above.

14. Do international customers have to pay additional fees?
