If a return is necessary, it must be initiated within 30-days of delivery.
Item(s) Damaged in Shipping: We do not ship items with damage unless it is noted in the listing. If you receive an item(s) that appears to have been damaged in shipping, please take at least three pictures of the damage to the item(s) and at least three pictures of the box showing damage. This makes it easier for us to file a claim. Thank you!
Defective Item(s): We will pay for return shipping or issue a refund depending on the item(s). Please contact us first. If a return is necessary a full refund will be sent to the buyer after the item(s) is received back and verified for defects. If the item(s) is not defective, a restocking charge up to 50% of the item(s) price may be charged to the buyer. If the item(s) was part of a lot, seller will pro-rate a refund or send a replacement to buyer.
