These are brand spanking new but were returned. I am presuming because of the one cracked flange on the one cartridge. It does not appear as though it would affect performance. This flange is only used for aligning the ink into the machine. Fits shipper with little handling time and NEVER a handling fee. Thank you for looking!!!
