Offered here is a vintage and very RARE 256K memory upgrade expansion card for the IBM 5140 Portable computer. This is totally unused and in NM condition as well as the packaging. Memory card is still sealed and includes original installation instructions. Sold as Parts or Repair but I do not have any reason to think it does not work. Please check out my other listings.
