I bought this new last last year, but never used it. It is still brand new in the box with the installation guide. It sells for $400+ on other sites (see screenshot). I'm selling for much less to get it out of my office.

• Item is sold as is inabove described condition.

• Please feel free to ask any questions you have, I check my mail daily at a minimum, and usually frequently in the evenings.

Shipping: $FREE USPS Economy mail Padded Envelope/Tyvek Bag. USA lower 48, others e-mail me for quote.

• A note to my friends in Canada, and other areas outside the lower 48. You are welcome to contact me for a shipping quote, but please understand, the quote is for shipping only. You will be responsible for any fees at your borders. I now know UPS charges a Brokerage fee to Canada. Please check these cost prior to offerding. Also Canadian buyers must supply a phone number for the shipping documentation.

• Please allow us one day to pack and deliver this item to the shipper. The sooner we receive payment, the sooner we can get your item to the shipper.

As you can see from my response as a seller, I have onlyEVERhad one person leave negative response (this was very recent from someone who would not communicate with me and left bad response because he doesn't understand how to use an item). Returns:

Returns will be accepted only on items received "Not as described." I work very hard to ensure nothing is listed inaccurately. If you feel your item was not as described, you can return it within 7 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange (if I have a replacement available). If item was damaged in shipping, your refund will be processed after a shipping claim has been resolved with UPS or USPS. Thank you for your understanding.
