If an item is faulty within warranty period

If anything you have bought develops a fault within the warranty period, then the first thing to do is contact us through email with details of the problem. They may be able to solve the problem straightaway, and if not will advise you further.

If you then return the item and it is diagnosed faulty by our technicians, you will be able to request a refund , replacement or repair within 3-5 working days as long as the item is in stock at our warehouse.
If we test it and there is no fault, then we will return the item to you, and you will have to pay the return postage.

If the goods are faulty within 30 days we will offer the option of a full refund on the condition that the item is returned in the original condition that you received it. If you paid by card then this may take a few days to be returned as control the refunds.
