1. What happens if I have an issue?

We offer competitive prices for compatible printing consumables. We understand that sometimes things can go wrong, and we are committed to resolving this as quickly and efficiently as possible.

If you have one or more defective or damaged items, or received seemingly incorrect goods for any reason, please take a photo of the packaging and toner (with MPN code), then contact us and explain your issue.

We will respond within 1 business day.If the product is within the warranty period, we will arrange for the return of the product at our cost and send replacement goods within 1 business day.Please do not send back the goods until you hear from us. Unauthorized returns will be rejected.

2. Can I change my mind?

Yes! If you need to return goods for other reasons, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Refunds can only be processed if the item is returned in the condition it was received, including all documentation and unopened original packaging.

Your return package must include your user ID/order number. Postage is at the buyer’s expense.

3. Damaged items & discrepancies?

Any defects or damages to your delivery must be reported to ColoWorld within 24 hours of receipt.

Provided that this notification is made, we will pick up, replace, or refund the item free of charge.

Any delivery discrepancies must be reported to us within 24 hours of receiving the goods. Damaged delivered goods should be signed accordingly and ColoWorld notified in writing within 24 hours. Please keep all damaged goods and packaging safe.
