This is a Netgear LG6100D 3G/4G LTE Router. This includes: - the original antennas - a 12v/2A power adapter - Sim Card T-Mobile usually supports Sprint-locked 4G LTE devices (which includes this router).3G will not work because it is not supported anymore by T-Mobile but 4G LTE should work on T-Mobile\'s networks.
