Expect moderate signs of wear in the form of scratches, dents and/or black markings on the housing and bezel. Pre-cleaned and polished with specialized cleanser and reset to factory settings. The display may contain a visible keyboard imprint. This does not affect the functionality of the device and is barely visible during normal use. Pictures above are ACTUAL photos of the type of wear the item you receive may have. Additional Details The corners on this device are dented causing the screen to not close fully. Hand tested by our specialists with top of the line software to ensure complete functionality. Battery is in normal working condition. Please note that since this is a used device with a few years of use, the battery will not function at a 100% of it's original capacity and may show a "Service Battery" message. The battery condition will be in acceptable state at minimum and retain at least 50% of it's original charge capacity.
