Everything is fully functional but this set does not have controllers with it. Since it has custom modifications I am not positive if it uses rift or quest controllers.

All software is still loaded on the PC from GameDay VR I have not attempted to do anything besides verifying everything will power on and that both batteries will hold a charge.
