Shipping- The shipping time and rate vary with destination country and an extra fee might be incurred depending on delivery location or for expedited shipping. Shipping might be delayed due to the customs.
- You are responsible for shipping out to wrong address due to outdated address on you account. Therefore, you must update your address on your account whenever it is charged.
Customs & Duties- With FedEx, EMS and DHL shipping, declaring lower value is not possible according to their shipping policy. Please check with your country's custom office to determine what these additional cost will be prior to offerding or purchase.
Return- We offer an exchange for a faulty/damaged item when you contact us within 14 days from the received date. We may ask you to provide us pictures or video of the faulty item to determine a technician the fault of the product. Buyers are responsible for return shipping cost after two weeks.
- If you return the item without any agreement with us, the return shipping cost cannot be reimbursed even if item is found detective/faulty, damaged or for any reason decided by yourself.
