Item must be properly packed and NOT shipping without an outer box (unless they were shipped to you that way) All pieces must be present and packed the way they were shipped to you. New items must be returned un-opened. Items that are defective/damaged/don\'t work must match serial numbers be the original item replaced. If returned as defective or damaged will be inspected and if defect is not present restocking fee and return shipping will be deducted from refund. (even if free returns were offered)
