Tested and fully functional. The OC Panel is in great working condition. The unit shows some light signs of use and scratches on the face (please see pictures 9, 10, and the others for an idea of the product's cosmetic condition). The package comes with everything seen in the photos. If the accessories or any other items are not pictured, they are not included.
