The item you are offerding on is a Photoshop Elements 2021 | PC/Mac Disc. The Photoshop elements 2021 is brand new and sealed in its original packaging. I purchased a truckload of overstock items from Office Depot. I have alot of these.The problem is that these were never scanned at the register. I tested one by downloading the program onto my PC. When I entered the redemption code, it said it was not active. I started a chat with customer service at that point. I simply told them my issue and they manually added the serial numbers I needed for activation on my account. Since the redemption codes have not been used, they will give you a serial number for activation.I have provided photos to make it easier to determine the condition and quality of the Adobe Photoshop Elements 2021.
