Pros: form factor, price, fast shipping. Cons: not a good thread on it, bolt heads strip like butter, weird rack screw size.. the screws are too big for one of my fx units so I have to drill it out or leave it insecure. "Standard" sized screws... whose standard? It's somehow different than all of my other racks. $80 shipped for the 19u cart.. seems fair. Definitely not a deal but right size, right price 🤷♂️

We regret any confusion that may have arisen from the "standard" screws not fitting properly with your other racks. As mentioned in our listing, the rack screw size is specified as 12-24 thread size.

Comunication was good. The item came as discribed, it feels good although one head of the screws came off. The delivery date was change like 3 times (I think it was NOT the seller's fault, who was kind and communicative). Even though I consider the price of the item really good, I find the shipping cost a little too high (not just for this item) for the package size and considering the time I had to wait for the delivery. Other than that the stands are good, they will do the work.
