Up for sale is a used Toshiba Satellite Pro 420CDT laptop for parts. The laptop was used running Windows 95 and WIndows 3.1. Then the hard disk controller on Motherboard started to fail. Sometime it can still recognize the hard drive, but most of time now it can't detect the hard drive. The hard drive does have some bad sectors, but it works on other laptops.This laptop is for parts and Repair. I think it is worth to repair because of its great physical condition. But you will need to find a motherboard, or try to fix the hard disk interface part on the motherboard.
What is Good:Physically, this laptop is in excellent condition. Keyboard and palmrest looks very lightly used. Battery still charges. If can keep the laptop on idle for more than 1 hour.
