Excellent way to make cable entry into a 19" rack look profesional and tidy
We call these things at work: "hairy letter boxes" as it best describes what they do, they allow cables access to the rack without damage, and keep the rack looking smart & tidy, creating a substantially (more ) professional finish. The black finish is excellent with no sign of problems, I cant fault them in any way. The brush part also keeps dust at bay, and keeps the appearance up! As for AC cables the other end of a mains lead slides through the hole so these cables can be used. Mine is used with a AC PDU, I leave a 1U gap between them as this helps with the spacing, on other applications Ive used this with 12 volt cable with the same good looking effect. Its simple: Buy it, fit it, and see the difference!
