Item was listed as LIKE NEW and was pictured as such. However, the set was mailed in a very tight bubble mailer, and the slip case was severely damaged, to the point that I'll probably throw it away. The movies and cases themselves were fine, but as a seller myself, anything with an outer box, especially something that has give to it, needs to be shipped in small box.

Im sorry that you had an issue but we haven't had any troubles with anyone else. The movie was brand newish condition and sat on a shelf so their shouldn't have been any damages with the box, we secure the packages and was put in a bigger bubble mailer, if it was like a $50+ item or so we would send in a small box. It has nothing to do with our end for shipping or handling so if it came damaged we have nothing to do with it. We sent the boxed movies as shown in the picture.

It delivers what’s offered
If you get appropriate drivers it works as expected. You’ll get BT, 2.4 band it’s same, 5 MHz band is not much faster. It seems most distributors sells a knock off; or selling it with Intel logo covered due to branding rights. But worked great on a Dell mini 1011 from 2009, Win7 32bits atom processor n270.

I bought 2 of these adapters . It worked beautifully on my Lenovo y560 impressive speeds and reliable but that wasnot the case with my other laptop, Asus laptop it did not function properly. I tried everything I could think of and still couldn't get it to work. It caused crashes. Asus functioned fine with the old one. buy it only if you have a Lenovo!

Low latency, quick responce time and fast card, excellent high-quality product
The card was purchased to replace the existing wifi card in my laptop, that only supported up to 802.11n speeds. The product arrived packaged in an antistatic bag along with the installation screws - very thoughtful! Hardware installation is as easy as it is on your specific device, so can't comment on that. Device drivers could be found on the intel website, and they work out of the box. Wifi works in 802.11ac, bluetooth works as it should, no artifacts noticeable in sound transmission between the card and my bluetooth audio receiver. Wifi speed is very quick, keeping in mind that your antennas will be a limiting factor in signal strength. Overall, the software side of the installation was very easy. Websites open noticeably faster than on the old n standard card. Connecting to my NAS ... The card was purchased to replace the existing wifi card in my laptop, that only supported up to 802.11n speeds. A faster router with a stronger reception would probably result in faster speeds. I don't know the quality of the internal antennas on my ASUS N76 laptop, so I can't comment on that. I only just installed the product so I can't say for it's longevity, but it seems very promising. Overall I am very satisfied and would recommend it. Just remember, that any speed claims should be taken with a grain of salt as it, again, depends on your specific setup on what speeds you can achieve.

It's a wireless card...
It's a wireless card has WIFI, AC band, and bluetooth. I was having trouble updating my samsung laptop to windows 10, read that it was a driver issue with the wireless card, installed this one, and presto, windows 10 updated correctly. Has been working great since.

Great upgrade for my old laptop
I upgraded my old 2009ish Acer laptop to be able to connect to 5ghz wifi and add Bluetooth. After a little difficulty getting Bluetooth to work (the WiFi and Bluetooth drivers are listed separately by Intel) it works perfectly with my Bluetooth mouse and my cell phone with Windows 10. My old laptop has buttons above the keyboard to turn off wifi, as others also had that were made around the same time. I've read lots of reviews of people having issues with laptops made just a few years later. Be sure to Google this WiFi card and decide if you want to give it a try. Some people have had to cover a couple pins on the card for their system to recognize it. Very happy with this. Internet is much faster. With my ssd upgrade, memory, and CPU upgrade, I might get a few more years out of ... I upgraded my old 2009ish Acer laptop to be able to connect to 5ghz wifi and add Bluetooth.
