Purchased to use as a spare for my current card (same model but LSI branded). I was able to remove my LSI card, install this one in its place, hook up the same SAS to SATA cables I already had running to my 7 HDDs and it booted right up. Using this in a Proxmox server and didn't have to change anything. Haven't tested the cables, but they look fine, will also be keeping those as spares. Price is fantastic! Card is unbranded but I knew that from the photos. Seems to be legit as far as I can tell!

Purchased a P20 IT Mode 9207-8i. I did not read the listing properly so assumed it was an LSI card (It is not). After some research about Inspur (the brand of card) I decided to give it a try. Put it in my Unraid server and sure enough it was running LSI chipset, in FW P20 and was in IT mode, and was PCIE3.0. Card is exactly what it claims to be! I have been running it for about 2 weeks with all 8 lanes under fairly heavy load and have had 0 issues. Note - I did mount a fan to help with heat.

Kinda decieving listing, stated lsi 9207-8i i alot of places in add, but fine rpint, which i didnt notice i guess, Staes that this is an inspure manufacture card, not LSI. For my use case it is pretty much the same as a genuine LSI card, so not a loss. In all packaged great, it is in new condion and included cables seem good quality. Thank you.
