I received the rack a couple of days later than originally quoted because of the courier nothing to to do with the seller. Everything is very high quality and packaged very very well. I have some very minor bending on one of the rails but it should not affect operation. The assembly instructions are pretty basic but anyone with experience with rack mount gear will be able to get it to work. I did torque down two of the assembly bolts to much and they snapped. Check your drill settings.
