Returns will be accepted within 60 Days of receipt. Refunds issued will be for the purchase price of the item, and shipping is non-refundable.
Shipping Policy:
I use calculated shipping for my listings, and don't charge any handling fees. I don't make any profit on shipping, all I charge is what it actually costs to get the item to you. I try to ship out on the same business day, but sometimes I'm not able to ship the item out until the next business day. I can often upgrade shipping to a faster service at no additional charge, and will always ship by the method specified in checkout or better. If you would like me to ship by a method not shown then please feel free to contact me and I'll be happy to do so.
International Buyers:
I'm happy ship worldwide, but please be aware that for some countries customs processing can take some time. If the tracking stops after leaving the US it is likely waiting for the local customs office to scan the item in and process it. Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to offerding or buying.
