Recommended for buyers: Adding right angle USB 3.0 connector to female cable when connecting to the IO board USB serial port. Can cause intermittent connections and will require a restart on the core if you connect all the boards off the IO. However will work perfectly when you are connected , do not move your DE10 when this is plugged in and you should be fine when not using USB extension cable
Be sure to select SNAC for controller within the NES and SNES core menu to function properly.
Everything is thoroughly tested before shipping to work. Users must update scripts and ensure they are using the latest Mister binary.
What is SNAC, you ask? SNAC is the most direct way of interfacing cores with their native accessories (e.g. NES controller only works with NES core, etc.
- Recommended to buy a USB 3.0 male to female extension cable to avoid strain on SNAC and User IO port
- It uses the User IO (USB 3.0) port on IO boards 5.5 and greater.
- It is a simple level shifter that interfaces 5V controllers with the 3.3V DE10-nano.
