Product Return Policy
- Quality Assurance: As an R2V3 compliant recycler, we ensure products match descriptions, testing and inventorying each, barring some vintage items.
- Returns: Contact us via for any discrepancies or non-functioning products within 30 days of receipt. Full refunds are issued upon receiving and verifying the returned item. We do NOT offer partial refunds or exchanges for any reason. Please return the product for a full refund.
- Condition of Returned items. We follow the policy regarding the condition of returned items. Each item is inspected carefully upon its return, Testing notes and physical description are checked against logs to ensure the item has been returned in the same condition in which it was shipped. Items returned in a damaged condition may be subject up to 50% reduction in the return. A great example of this would be buying a motherboard from us that has documented as tested and working, the pins of the board have been recorded as intact but when the motherboard is returned, the pins are damaged from buyer damage, such as dropping a CPU onto the pin area. This board would be only partially refunded. The damage would be documented and the incident reported to .
