Dell PowerEdge OEMR XL R640 Motherboard H730P RAID TESTED READDescription

We are selling this Dell PowerEdge OEMR XL R640 Server Motherboard. Board was OEM'd by Dell for Avaya originally.

Motherboard may still be under Dell limited warranty (see last picture) expiring 18 April, 2025.


The server motherboard has been FULLY tested to boot to BIOS, DVD, & RAID configuration with no problems. PERC card was tested to recognize all the drive bays when they were plugged in with no issues. All ports have been tested for functionality. Board comes as shown with the CPU HEAT SINKS, networking card, PERC RAID controller and cable only, DOES NOT INCLUDE CPUs or MEMORY no other items are included. PLEASE SEE picture of the #1 power supply socket, there is a piece of missing plastic on the end of it but it does not affect the performance or functionality of the board whatsoever.

Server board was originally equipped with 2x Xeon Silver 4210 10 Core, 20 Threads CPU'S running at 2.20GHz, with 48GB of DDR4 memory being shown in pictures as an example of the motherboards functionality and are NOT included.
