This listing is for aDell E-Port docking station and port replicator (Model PR01X). I believe Its works withPrecision and other Dell Laptops but investigate your need before you purchase (You can always return it but will have to pay the shipping). I do not have a Dell laptop with a docking connector that fits this docking station, so I could not test it. However, when plugged in it powers-up and it looks very clean and in very good shape.
It does not come with the power adapter, but it uses the power adaptor that came with your laptop.
