Instructions are included for the thermal compound application and hardware fitment specs. Do NOT use thermal pads that are too thick, or any electrically conducting compound. Do not mix with copper materials that are part of your custom loop. Aluminum is the best way to go for your cooling solution. Condition is "Factory New".
