(It will NOT remove the operating system password or Hard Drive password) The chip needs to be soldered on the motherboard. You need to have soldering skills to replace the chip
The chip will come with a serial number or we can program your original S/N into the chip.
Note: Do not use the original S/N if your Mac has MDM or DEP profile.
100% Permanent fix. You can sign into your iCloud account and use your laptop like before.It is highly recommended to format and reinstall the MacOS after installing the chip.
