This monitor was discarded at goodwill because of a small area of discoloration on the plastic screen (see photos). They do not appear to be locked/bad pixels, but cannot be sure - used pixel repair tools, but they seem to a defect in the plastic covering. If you are looking for a cheap, excellent display and don't care about the smudge, this is the monitor for you.
